White-Glove Delivery

White-glove delivery brings your unit inside to your installation area, places it, and removes all packaging and debris. The service is performed by a two-person crew. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule an appointment, and your presence is required at delivery. Please ensure a clear access path from the street to your installation location before the crew arrives.

What is not included. White-glove delivery does not include assembly, electrical connections, plumbing or drainage hookup, site preparation, concrete or deck work, or removal of existing structures. Those remain your responsibility and should be arranged with appropriately licensed local trades.

How to order. Add one White-Glove Delivery to your order for each unit you would like delivered inside. Available on our sauna, infrared, and cold plunge collections. Not available on outdoor showers. If you are unsure whether your address can accommodate the service, contact concierge@teakandmarbleatelier.com before ordering.
