Teak & Marble Atelier stands behind every product in our catalog. Warranty terms are set by each product’s manufacturer and vary by brand and product line. TMA manages all warranty claims on your behalf — you never need to contact the manufacturer directly.

 

The K2, Teton, Aspen, Everest, Cold Plunge Tubs and the AV2,AV2 Hybrid, AV3, AVC Outdoor, Finnleo, S810 and all Hallmark Sauna Products

All of the above product lines — which includes cold plunge and saunas — carry the following warranty coverage.

Scope

Parts only — defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use

Labor

Not included — labor and installation costs are the customer’s responsibility

Extended warranty

Available for purchase: 3-year extended (4 years total) or 5-year extended (6 years total)

 

TMA offers  extended manufacturer’s warranty which we can arrange for an additional fee (with no markup). Ask our concierge team about extended warranty pricing at the time of purchase.

 

What Is Covered

       Shell structure and surface

       LED light system

       UV light and Ozone equipment

       Plumbing and wall fittings

       Non-slip floor system

       Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use

 

What Is NOT Covered

       Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification

       Improper installation or maintenance

       Normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents

       Consumable parts

       External causes: fire, flood, power surges, or acts of nature

       Poor water chemistry or neglected filter maintenance

       Damage from freezing conditions (failure to winterize)

       Commercial, rental, or non-residential use

 

Auris, Lumin & Frost Product Warranties

All of the above product lines carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty terms apply to manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use conditions.

Auris Sauna owners: register your product at theauris.com within 30 days of delivery to activate your complimentary second year of warranty coverage.

 

What Is NOT Covered

       Damage from misuse or improper installation

       Products altered or modified after delivery

       Normal wear and tear or weathering

       Commercial or heavy public use

 

How to File a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims are managed by TMA on your behalf. Do not contact the manufacturer directly.

 

1.    Email concierge@teakandmarbleatelier.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2.    Attach photographs (minimum 4 angles) and video if applicable.

3.    TMA will review your claim and respond within one business day with next steps.

4.    Approved claims will be resolved by replacement part, tech visit, unit replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.

 

Auris, Lumin & Frost Product claims must be filed with TMA within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims filed after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Warranty terms are set by the respective manufacturers and may be subject to change. TMA makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
