Teak & Marble Atelier stands behind every product in our catalog. Warranty terms are set by each product’s manufacturer and vary by brand and product line. TMA manages all warranty claims on your behalf — you never need to contact the manufacturer directly.
Avantikul Products — Cold Plunge & Infrared Sauna Lines
The following Avantikul product lines carry the warranty coverage below: Aspen, Everest, Peak, Teton, and K2 Cold Plunge & Hot Tubs; AV2, AV2 Hybrid, AV3, and AVC Saunas; and the AL5000 Red Light Therapy Panel.

• Shell structure and surface

• Plumbing and wall fittings
• Non-slip floor system
• Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use
What Is NOT Covered
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification
• Improper installation or maintenance
• Normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
• External causes: fire, flood, power surges, or acts of nature
• Poor water chemistry or neglected filter maintenance
• Damage from freezing conditions (failure to winterize)
• Commercial, rental, or non-residential use
Auris, Lumin & Frost Product Warranties (Orivon Wellness)
Orivon Wellness products carry the manufacturer’s limited warranties below. Coverage begins upon your receipt of the product, extends to the original purchaser only, and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Upon an approved claim, the manufacturer may repair the product, replace parts, or provide a full product replacement at its discretion. TMA coordinates every claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
What Is NOT Covered (Orivon)
• Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, fading, or natural changes in wood appearance over time
• Improper installation or failure to follow setup and maintenance instructions
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Commercial use
• Damage from external factors such as extreme weather, fire, flood, pests, or power surges
LeisureCraft — Canadian Timber Collection Saunas, Showers, Plunge Tubs & Hot Tubs
Products designed and manufactured by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. (“LeisureCraft”) — including the Canadian Timber Collection barrel saunas, cabin saunas, MiniPOD, Luna, Elation and Element saunas, Sierra and Savannah outdoor showers, and the Flow, Polar and Baltic plunge tubs and Starlight wood-burning hot tub — carry the manufacturer’s limited warranty set out below.

Heater & Chiller Component Warranties
Heaters, stoves, and chillers supplied with LeisureCraft products are manufactured by third parties and carry their own warranty terms. LeisureCraft matches the component manufacturer’s warranty; coverage is limited to replacement of parts and excludes service, labor, and installation.

All electrical connections must be made by a licensed electrician. Failure to comply with this requirement voids the warranty on LeisureCraft products and their electrical components.
What Is NOT Covered (LeisureCraft)
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation, including electrical work not performed by a licensed electrician
• Insufficient or improper maintenance, including failure to tighten the stainless-steel bands after installation
• Natural weather conditions and the natural movement, checking, or color change of cedar over time
• Failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation, usage, or care instructions
• Service, labor, installation, or removal costs associated with any covered claim
Pulse ShowerSpas — Wave, Pipeline & Poseidon Outdoor Showers
The Wave (1055-SSB), Pipeline (1065-MB), and Poseidon (1066-GMB) outdoor showers are covered by Pulse ShowerSpas’ Limited Warranty.

Pulse ShowerSpas — PolarSpa Cold Plunge & Hot Tub
The PolarSpa (PPS-5000) carries a split warranty between the tub and the chiller unit.

• Damage from exposure to extreme conditions, excessive heat, cold, moisture, or sunlight beyond rated use
• Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized personnel
• Consequential or incidental damages
How to File a Warranty Claim
All warranty claims are managed by TMA on your behalf. Do not contact the manufacturer directly.
1. Email concierge@teakandmarbleatelier.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Attach photographs (minimum 4 angles) and video if applicable.
3. TMA will review your claim and respond within one business day with next steps.
4. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement part, tech visit, unit replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.
Auris, Lumin & Frost claims must be filed with TMA within 7 calendar days of delivery. Avantikul product claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. LeisureCraft product claims — including shipping damage and missing components — must be reported to TMA within 7 calendar days of delivery so the claim can reach the manufacturer inside its 30-day window from receipt of merchandise. Pulse ShowerSpas product claims (Wave, Pipeline, Poseidon, PolarSpa) must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Claims filed outside these windows may not be eligible for resolution.
