Thank you for choosing Teak & Marble Atelier. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order. Delivery timelines vary by product category.

 

Free Shipping

Teak & Marble Atelier offers complimentary freight shipping on all qualifying orders to the contiguous 48 United States. Standard Shipping for all saunas, cold plunge tubs and outdoor shower units are free.  Shipping Fees may apply for Parts or accessory on order that are less than $1000.00

 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or international destinations requires a separate freight quote. Please contact our concierge team at concierge@teakandmarbleatelier.com before placing your order.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our supplier’s warehouse.

Total delivery time = processing time (3–5 business days) + transit time. All timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to freight carrier schedules, weather, or regional conditions outside our control.

 

White-Glove Delivery

Most TMA products have an option to be delivered via white-glove freight service. White-glove delivery includes inside delivery to your installation area, unit placement, and removal of packaging and debris. A two-person crew handles all white-glove deliveries.  This is an optional service for an additional fee. 

 

White-glove delivery does NOT include electrical connections, plumbing or drainage hookup, site preparation, concrete or deck work, or removal of existing structures.

 

The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Customer presence is required for all white-glove deliveries. Please ensure a clear access path is available from the street to your installation location before the crew arrives.

 

Delivery Inspection — Your Responsibility

Inspect your unit before the delivery crew departs. Failure to note damage at delivery may limit your ability to file a claim.

 

1.    Inspect the unit thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.

2.    If any damage is visible — dents, cracked panels, torn packaging — note it specifically on the freight bill (delivery receipt) before signing.

3.    Do not sign “clear” or “subject to inspection” if visible damage exists.

4.    Photograph all damage on the day of delivery.

5.    Contact TMA within the timeframe required for your product (see Damage Claims in our Returns & Refunds Policy).

 

Address Changes

To request a delivery address change, contact our concierge team as soon as possible at concierge@teakandmarbleatelier.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has begun processing or has shipped.
