Installation

Place the PolarSpa on any flat, level surface capable of supporting the filled weight — concrete, pavers, composite decking, or reinforced flooring. Connect hoses as indicated. Plug the chiller into a standard 110V outlet. Fill with a garden hose. For outdoor drainage connect the drain hose to your drain connection. For indoor installation ensure the drain is properly plumbed before filling. Your first session is a few hours away.

Warranty & Returns

Tub warranty: 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues — original purchaser, non-transferable. Chiller warranty: 1-year limited warranty. Returns: 30-day return window from date of purchase. Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging with all parts. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
