Cooling Performance

Chill time varies with water volume: 200 L in approximately 1.2 hours, 500 L in 3.5 hours, 1,000 L in 7 hours, 2,000 L in 16.1 hours.

Delivery & Installation

Complimentary delivery to the contiguous United States. Place on a flat, level surface capable of supporting the filled weight — concrete, pavers, composite decking, or reinforced flooring. Connect hoses as indicated, plug the chiller into a standard 110V outlet, and fill with a garden hose. For outdoor drainage, connect the drain hose to your drain connection. For indoor installation, ensure the drain is properly plumbed before filling.

Warranty & Returns

Manufacturer's limited warranty — please read carefully. The tub and the chiller carry different coverage periods: the freestanding tub is covered for five (5) years from the original date of purchase; the chiller unit is covered for one (1) year. Both apply to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and workmanship. Excluded: misuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear including scratches, dents and fading, damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions including heat, cold, moisture or sunlight, and consequential or incidental damages. Claims require proof of purchase and photographic evidence; the manufacturer may elect to repair, replace, or issue credit. Full terms: Warranty Policy.

Returns: 30-day return window from date of purchase. Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging with all parts. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
