The Experience

It supports both electric and wood-burning heat, giving you the flexibility to choose your mode — the quiet efficiency of electric, or the crackle and ceremony of a wood fire. The included full sauna kit means you have everything needed to begin your practice the day it arrives.

Warranty & Returns

Manufacturer's limited warranty: five (5) years, beginning on the date you receive the product. Coverage includes structural components, heaters, electrical systems, and interior fittings under normal residential use. Applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and requires valid proof of purchase.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, including discoloration, fading, or changes in wood appearance over time; improper installation or failure to follow the provided setup and maintenance instructions; misuse, abuse or neglect; modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorized technician; commercial use; and damage caused by external factors including extreme weather, fire, flood, pests, or power surges.

Returns: all sales are final except for verified defects. Defective or damaged goods must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
