Built from premium Canadian Hemlock wood with clean architectural lines and a glass accent panel, this sauna is as considered in its design as it is in its function. Near-zero EMF infrared panels deliver a deep, enveloping warmth that makes every session feel both relaxing and unhurried — without the intensity of a traditional high-heat session.

Warranty & Returns

Manufacturer's limited warranty: one (1) year, beginning on the date you receive the product. Coverage includes the infrared heating panels, control systems, wood structure, and electrical components for residential use. Applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and requires valid proof of purchase.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, including discoloration, fading, or changes in wood appearance over time; improper installation or failure to follow the provided setup and maintenance instructions; misuse, abuse or neglect; modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorized technician; commercial use; and damage caused by external factors including extreme weather, fire, flood, pests, or power surges.
