Far-infrared heat works differently than traditional steam. Rather than warming the air around you, it creates a deep, enveloping warmth you feel directly — the kind of heat that makes a session feel restorative and easy to settle into. At gentler air temperatures than a conventional sauna, sessions are longer, more comfortable, and easy to sustain as a daily ritual.

Warranty & Returns

Manufacturer's limited warranty: one (1) year, beginning on the date you receive the product. Coverage includes the infrared heating panels, control systems, wood structure, and electrical components for residential use. Applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and requires valid proof of purchase.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, including discoloration, fading, or changes in wood appearance over time; improper installation or failure to follow the provided setup and maintenance instructions; misuse, abuse or neglect; modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorized technician; commercial use; and damage caused by external factors including extreme weather, fire, flood, pests, or power surges.
