This is not an ice bucket. The Frost runs a powerful integrated 1HP chiller that maintains precise water temperatures from 37°F all the way to 108°F — meaning it functions equally as a cold plunge for post-session recovery or as a compact hot soak for slower evenings. One footprint, two experiences, year-round capability.

Warranty & Returns

Manufacturer's limited warranty: one (1) year, beginning on the date you receive the product. Coverage includes the tub body, plumbing components, and integrated chiller unit when used and maintained according to the product guidelines. Applies to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and requires valid proof of purchase.

Not covered: normal wear and tear including discoloration or fading; improper installation or failure to follow the provided setup and maintenance instructions; misuse, abuse or neglect; modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorized technician; commercial use; and damage caused by external factors including extreme weather, fire, flood, pests, or power surges.
