Free shipping included on both units — continental US & Canada. Your Fire & Ice Premier ships in two stages: your Frost Cold Plunge typically arrives within 15–30 business days; your Auris 2 follows within 15–65 business days depending on availability and freight scheduling. Your TMA Concierge will keep you updated on both shipments from order confirmation through final delivery.

White Glove Delivery & Installation

Upgrade to White Glove Delivery for $3,500 per unit (regularly $4,000 — save $500 per delivery). As a Premier buyer, your white glove experience is our priority — our team handles placement, site inspection, and debris removal for each unit, scheduled independently on its own delivery window. Given the Auris 2's size and architectural presence, White Glove is strongly recommended.
